An American author and artist, Carl Moore’s first paintings exhibited commercially and sold at Griffin, New York City in the early 70’s.

Moving to Houston in the late 70’s, his works exhibited at world-renowned ‘Carl Moore Antiques’ where his collection of art and European antiques established him as an innovator in the business.

In 2008, Cavalier Fine Art in Houston became the exclusive showcase for his large format, oil on canvas works of Abstract Expressionism.

Following the closure of the Gallery, his works were displayed at MAI in Houston, and are in homes off many collectors nationally,

Currently residing in South Florida, he is working on his second novel while exhibiting artwork in the state. He continues to create thought-provoking oil on canvas pieces that reflect his observations of life.
