Your invoice WILL NOT include shipping as we do not pack or ship. Depending on the size of the item will we deliver the item to a shipper of your choice from our preferred shippers list. Shipping will be assessed on an individual basis depending on destination, packing and mode of shipment. Return shipping and insurance shall be at the customers expense.
Taxes: Local Taxes will apply. If you are located outside of Texas you are responsible for your local taxes and/or duties.
All final sales prices will not be posted on the internet and kept confidential.
We research our merchandise to our best of knowledge, references on hand, references from highly reputable internet sites, and provenances given to us for it’s authenticity. Please make yourself familiar with the merchandise you are interested in and again, the terms and conditions of the sale.
The items sold are often of considerable age and will exhibit wear, show usage and/or damage. The absence of condition remarks in the description entry DOES NOT mean the item is in perfect condition. We strongly urge our clients to call for a condition report prior to purchase and/or call to discuss the item.
3) PAYMENT: Internet sales must be paid for within 10 BUSINESS DAYS of the sale or the sale may be considered null and void. Please do not make payment until you have received an official invoice from us.
Acceptable forms of payment include MasterCard, Visa, American Express and Bank Wire Transfer except for total purchases over $5,000 which requires a wire transfer. Charge Cards may also be accepted via the Internet through PayPal sent to paypal and only when address can be verified. NO CHECKS!
