FREY-MOOCK, Adolf (1881 Jona - 1954 Steinebrunn) Frey-Moock, landscape, portrait and history painter. Studied at the vocational school in Sankt Gallen and at the academy in Munich. Pupil of Karl Raupp and Wilhelm von Diez. 1909 in the studio of Franz von Stuck. During stays in Florence and Rome he dealt with Greek and Roman mythology. Member of the Reich Association of Fine Artists in Germany * Partner auction Bergmann.

Adolf Frey-Moock was a Swiss painter of Art Nouveau.  After attending the St. Gallen art school Frey-Moock was trained as church painter.  In 1902 he started studying at the Munich academy under K. Raupp and W. von Diez.  Since 1909 he was a collaborator in the studio of F. von Stuck.
